    I purchase the glass protector in this shop that time speck if you have any problem then i replace you item but in one week it crash. when i go their that time one lady behave bad behavior with me. i never go their second time. very bad customer services....

    I had an issue with my phone, and after two weeks they told me there is no issue with the phone. I sent my phone to apple centre in Melbourne and they fixed my issue. They really don't provide a good customer service in this centre. Not supportive at all.

    Hi, I recently upgraded my phone and service in store (Hobart) with Kat. It was a great quick and seamless experience, highly recommended. Kat was fantastic, friendly efficient and I got just what I needed. Go Kat and tea.
