  Don't bother with any other Telstra franchise in Hobart, this is owned by Telstra themselves. Yes, be prepared to queue. But more often than not the queue seems to go fast. They can also hold your spot in the queue and you can go shopping and they will call you when your spot pops.

  The customer service lady at Elizabeth st mall, Hobart, replaced the sim card, with an unactivated card, with NO phone number programmed into it. Why she threw a brand new sim card away is questionable?

  73 yo amputee client went to simply have a new activated sim card, posted out by Telstra, installed.

  Meanwhile, amputee, who had to take wheelchair, walking frame, & drive in to city, to be sent home with a phone that could only be used for emergency calls, is also questionable.
