    One guy was good, pretty nice and helpful, while the other guy was just mean, unhelpful and condescending. Kinda of a waste of money especially if you get a guy who is extremely rude.

    When you get your car damage looked at to make a claim they will tell to choose a repair company. BE WARNED the job will be locked in with that company no matter the price without getting a quote.

    It sounded like the place they offered would give me a quote and I could chose if I wanted the work done there. After hearing the work would cost $2200 I took the car elsewhere and got the work done for $800 (under the insurance premium). I then get a call from the place the RACT contacted saying they had the parts and to bring the car in. After informing them the work had already be give to another company I still had to pay for the parts.
