    3 Degrees would have to have the most qualified instructors of any pilates studio in Tasmania.In addition to her (and the other staff's) highlevel pilates training, Peta is an allied health professional of many years' standing so understands instantly what your problem is and what is required when you come with requests from your doctor and physio for rehab (unlike some other pilates studios where they had me doing things that only exacerbated the condition because they didn't understand anatomy, rehab and medical terminology). The studio is beautiful and easy to access in the CBD, the one-on-one attention is fantastic and the staff are friendly and informed. Can't recommend it enough.
