    Even after promising it would be ready for a test drive, it wasn't there when I arrived so I took a similar one for a a test and was told when I got back the car I was interested in would be back so I could have a look.

    What ever happened to customer service, after not valuing our trade in we were not even offered any other deal, couldn't even get a test drive, treated like a leper, and we had the money to purchase anyway.

    When I returned the car was still with the managers wife and would not be returning that day.

    I rang the dealership and said I specifically wanted to take that car for a test. When I got to the dealership the car was not available and was being used as a run around car by the dealership managements wife.
