  What ever happened to customer service, after not valuing our trade in we were not even offered any other deal, couldn't even get a test drive, treated like a leper, and we had the money to purchase anyway.

  No, I had organised to drive a particular car which was advertised online and you gave me he run around. I was looking to buy yesterday and you (Honda) made a mistake. I went straight to another dealership and bought a car yesterday.
