  Had booked ahead and took the car into our regular Adelaide Mitsubishi service centre at Morphett Vale. They promptly replaced the master cylinder. Brakes now work properly.

  Booked the car into Burnie Mitsubishi as we were heading there next. They said they would not order a master cylinder until they checked it themselves. At Burnie they bled the brakes and charged us $50. Insisted the master cylinder was fine. Still not happy with the brakes. They got the foreman out to assure us the brakes were fine.

  After driving from Hobart to Strahan we felt sure there was a problem with the master cylinder. Rang DJ Mitsubishi who told us they were busy at the moment but someone would return our call. They naver did.

  Had to catch the ferry to Melbourne a few days later and despite a few incidents of the car starting to creep forward at the lights in Melbourne luckily we made it home to Adelaide safely.

  The sheer number of times I've had to call and attempt to book my car in for it's next service is obscene. The staff only call back at inconvenient times, if at all.

  From Adelaide Caravaning around Tasmania. The brake pedal on our 2014 Mitsubishi Chalenger began sinking slowly to the floor after holding it for about 20 seconds at lights etc. Had to hold the foot down hard or pump the brake. As we recently had it serviced at DJ Mitsubishi Hobart we returned it to them. They bled the brakes. We did not think it made much difference but were told that the foreman had checked them and insisted that's how they were supposed to work.
