    Great range of gear and people who have actually used the stuff! Fantastic staff - 'Old Simon' (his words!) was so helpful with helping my son and I consider alternative walk options when getting to Lake St Clair to start the Overland was proving difficult due to snow and road closures. Simon put us in touch with a contact with a 4WD - we got to the start and enjoyed an amazing walk. Thanks again Simon!

    This is the best and I mean the best outdoor shop in Hobart. Friendly staff. Now being from UK yes i can get cheaper back home but as I'm in Tasmania this is best place to buy your outdoor gear if any thing fails and goes missing while in Tasmania. I had my headlight fail which was a very good one lucky this shop has the best hiking headlights I could find in Hobart. :)

    Excellent service in a way you don't find anymore these days. I spoke with Simon, who was super helpful, full of knowledge, honest and a really nice guy. If I lived in Hobart, I would go to Mountain Creek Outdoors all the time. Thanks Simon :)!
