  Stood outside for over 30 minutes after "opening time" with no one in sight. Sux for you, we were there to buy 7 pairs of Uggs.

  My Uggs started falling apart after less than 6 weeks, I had to go back in 3 times, Manager was really unhelpful (and never there in person), staff seemed scared of him and had no authority to do anything, I was refused a refund or replacement, the only thing they would do was 'fix' them, so I allowed them to do so, got them back and you can see the glue smeared on the front of the sole, it has even warped the quality of the sole a little, looks really shoddy and like they'll start to fall apart again really quickly. Still was refused even a replacement absolutely SHOCKING customer service. Apparently it's a 'reasonable expectation' that Uggs will start to fall apart after 6 weeks! I'm now having to go through a Consumer Affairs to try and get this resolved as they weren't cheap to buy and I can't afford to flush that money down the drain! Unbelievable! Definitely DO NOT recommend this store!

  That elder female store manager is very,very rude! Poor after-sale customer service! So regret shopping there! Totally Not Recommend This Store At All !!!
