  We moved to Hobart early this year and have been actively looking for a residential property to purchase. We were taken aback by how heated the Hobart market is, particularly in comparison to the one we left in Brisbane. In such a market, it can be difficult to find an agency that is responsive and reactive to the buyer. I have been extremely fortunate in dealing with Sarah Heathcote from Edwards Windsor Real Estate. From the outset, she responded promptly to my calls and queries and was able to provide expert advice and information to me. She clearly listened to us when we described our specific requirements and priorities and based on that understanding, has presented us with some really suitable and attractive options. We are still negotiating with Sarah but are confident that we will soon find our dream home in this lovely city.
