  Having two attempts at printing off the Passport Renewal Online Form x 2, driving the round trip to Australia Post twice, submitting at Australia Post, they were rejected twice (the last time was because the bottom triangle on the form was missing 2mm off it!). Australia Post suggested to look at my printer settings!! I did twice I can tell you.

  We filled out and submitted our forms with Australia Post AND IN ADDITION filled out a request form which we signed, requesting that DFAT post to our PO BOX as our mail service to our rural home address was sometimes unreliable.

  My husband and I renewed and received our passports finally-this process was time consuming frustrating and unnecessary additional cost to us. I am a calm, rational person-today I have the need to give you some suggestions.

  I have a suggestion for DFAT Hobart Tasmania: could you please review your forms so that the content is well within printable range for any type printer with spare space at the end of the page. It would make sense to make the font a tad smaller. This didn't work for us.
