  We moved from Sydney to Hobart in October. Bells were organised, timely, and all of our furniture and goods arrived in perfect condition. Not to mention a far better quote than competitors who have significantly worse reviews. Team were lovely, polite and ensured nothing went wrong on collection (which we were absent for). Thanks guys, hopefully we don't do a big move too soon but would definitely use you again.

  I have used Bells twice in the past year, and have found them very helpful and professional. The office staff responded quickly to my request for a quote and the price was very competitive.   Bells have been fabulous with the collection, storage and delivery of our household goods whilst we were living overseas for thirteen years. We put a complete house into storage with them in 2004 and when it was delivered to QLD and unpacked, we were thrilled to see that there was no damage due to storage or delivery. We have had no breakage, heat, humidity, vermin or mould damage to any of our goods. During all our interactions with Bells during the years, and especially in the recent period of delivery, we have been impressed by their kindness, helpfulness and clear commitment to customer service.

  Booked 2 months prior to uplift, informed 2 weeks before they have no trucks in Sydney on that date! They give me another 2 possible dates (not even one definite date) for a week after. When I rang to cancel the next day, they wanted to negotiate! What? Suddenly they DO have available trucks? I was not willing to trust that whatever was "negotiated' would actually happen. I had a small 1 bedroom load..... I am betting they fobbed me off for a more lucrative deal on a larger property!
