  I'm a lover of fish and chips and very easily pleased ... this fish mix was terribly disappointing and the fish wasn't even edible. So disapointed to have to say I will never return to this vendor. :(

  Now to the fish! Two pieces of Blue Grenadier is what we ordered, when I saw the tiny pieces I was certain they’d forgotten both serves. No, that was our two serves of Blue Eye! And so expensive as “it’s local and fresh!”

  Really good fish n chips! We had an early dinner (5.30pm) so there was little wait on our order (basket & kids sea bites & chips, plus a salad). The server forgot to give us our salad, but quickly remembered before serving the next customer. The fish and seafood was very fresh and the chips were perfect!

  Poor service too. Young blokes behind counter and kitchen staff swearing at each other when people are waiting to be served. Fair play, kids can have a laugh but not when customers are waiting and paying to the hilt.

  Prices at this one are cheaper than the ones surrounding, which is why we came back 3 days in a row :) Ordered the crumbed blue grenadier fish & chips for only $11 - what a hefty portion! So delicious, and they claim they use cholesterol free oil. Waiting time wasn't bad either, about 10 minutes. Would recommend this deliciousness!

  Terrible. STEER CLEAR. Re cooked chips, not many were edible as had been refried and had turned into heavy oily clumps of crispy old potato. (What was once a chip)

  For a young family visiting Hobart for the first time, this has left a putrid taste in our mouths.
