  Has no carpark and I think this the biggest setback for this hotel.

  The room was spacious, clean and generally well maintained. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom functional (might need some update in the future). The best part of this hotel is the fact that it's centrally located; only a few minutes walk to the shops, Salamanca Market, restaurants and the dock. The staff were friendly and professional. (5 ⭐for the free upgrade)

  Worst experience of my travelling life and didn't even make it to the scum filled room. Horrible customer service, atrocious front desk attitude, think perhaps the front desk ladies would be better suited working in a swamp with their overly defensive and beyond rude attitude. Will be sharing this tale of horrible behaviour far and wide. Only stay here if you want to get spoken to like you're trash. Thanks 'Jan' and your rude little cohort for ensuring we never ever stay at a Quest. Luckily I enoy talking to make sure the world knows.

  Clean and well maintained premises, very conveniently located with in walking diatance to whatever Hobart has to offer, shopping, CBD, waterfront, etc
