  The location is fantastic running alongside the harbour line, beautiful decor and friendly attentive bar staff. Good selection of liquor and decent price. Only downside were the chips, not enough sauce with them, got a bit dry. But only a minor gripe to an otherwise nice night.

  One of the most customer service friendly hotels i have ever stayed in. Don't let the price turn you off, its worth ever cent and again to Emma Sam and all the staff we thank them all for a most wonderful experience. The food is also to die for and room service is absolutely in my eyes 10 star. So do yourself a favour stay a night or two and enjoy what we did. You will not regret it!!!!!!!

  Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here. Great sized rooms with the best beds ever. The layout of the room is spacious and comfortable. The Story bar was a great way to meet up, have drinks and food. Lots on offer at this place. The weather was shocking, so to have a place with sitting areas, activities on offer was a lovely touch. Will be back to stay here again.

  Stayed in one of their top line rooms. Don't get me wrong from the four stars, this is hands down the best elite hotel experiences going in Hobart at the moment, but that also means as a reviewer it behooves me to be a bit more stringent. There are a number of small things that alone just niggle. Lots of USB charging ports but no cables. No room in the fridge for the small carton of milk to sit flat once opened. The room is checked while you are out for dinner and tidied but the Nespresso machine wasn't restocked. It's a long way to the sole lift, there are stairs at the far end but they are unmarked as fire exits - if you go through and realise you have forgotten something, have to go all the way around. But I guess the biggest thing I noticed was that the only place observable Braille existed was on the lift and the room number. Nothing at all in the rooms. In 2017, not having this as default just isn't good enough. Despite this, the quality of the bed, bath, balcony, mini bar and snacks, staff, main bar, restaurant, and build is thoroughly excellent - I just can't bring myself, without spending time investigating, to recommend this venue for anyone with what some call special needs, so minus one star.

  Highly recommend! We stayed there for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The fit out, concept, restaurant, bar are all excellent plus all the staff were so friendly and enthusiastic. We had a beautiful waterfront view room and it was brilliant - so many fun details that made staying there really memorable. The view over Sullivan's Cove is also beautiful! Would definitely stay again!
