  Poor quality for a big price! Unfortunately my ring which is the Lanson model solid gold ring did not last more than 2 months before it got bend out of shape and lost some of the little diamonds. When I returned it I got told that this must have been due to the way I had treated the ring. All I did is wear it! They eventually sent the ring back to me - no refund or exchange. I went to a professional jeweler who confirmed that the ring cannot be repaired but also advised me that due to its hollow design it is impossible to withstand normal wear and tear. Also very questionable is their warranty and refund policy. They claim on their receipt that Francesca jewelry is only covered under warranty for 3 months from the date of purchase.

  I absolutely love Francesca jewellery! I have worn my stack of bracelets for years and love adding to my collection of pieces. Beautiful packaging for gifts too.

  Ive bought a few bits from this company. The products look great but they are flimsy and In my opinion overpriced. The biggest problem I’ve had is with a bracelet I wore about 5 times before it broke . It literally fell off my wrist one day . When I contacted them they suggested I return it to them at my own expense or had it repaired locally also at my own expense . When I pointed out the product was faulty and shouldn’t cost me anything to have repaired they weren’t interested. I live in the UK and the postage would be considerable . Terrible customer service I won’t be buying anything else.
