  Two weeks ago my husband had an appointment at this clinic. Only one lift was working and there was quite a queue of people waiting to get up to Level 9 ! Even though we were there 20 minutes before the appointment time, it took a good 30 minutes to actually reach Level 9. Following that appointment we discovered he has a further appointment tomorrow (july 4) - he's not sure what for, as nothing was mentioned last time! He has been trying since 9.00 am this morning to speak to someone about cancelling or rescheduling this appointment but has been unable to get through. With a fulltime job to attend to it's not possible to continually place calls which are not getting through. If by some remote chance someone from the clinic reads this, please notify the relevant person that Mr Reardon is unable to attend tomorrow!!!

  Every time I go for appointment, I need to wait Atleast 1.5 + hrs than my scheduled appointment. This is absulutely disgraceful. Simething needs to be done and someone needs to take responsibility for making public unnecessarily wait for such a long time...

  Such a nice, clean place. Went for a tooth removal with Marcus Barton (best dentist in Hobart) and walked right in and straight to the appointment. If you're going for something general and just in the public section of course there'll be a wait. It's in the middle of a capital city I mean what can you expect. I personally had a great experience
