    Skill level of staff varies a lot from great to terrible. My manicure was very bad. Chipped in a day and I left bleeding. But my partner had a different staff member and his is amazing no bleeding and had lasted

    Awesome service on our visit from Sydney. Had a good laugh with Inna and G even if she wouldn’t come back to Sydney with us thanks lovely ladies. Great service.

    Staff were super friendly and cheerful and so were the customers! Did a brilliant job of my nails and really well priced!

    Not a great experience. She first went to drill off my existing shellac (!) and then the new shellac she re-applied chipped off the next day. I will be waiting until I can go back to Modern Nails in Melbourne where the skill level is much better and nails are perfect, lasting 4 weeks or more before any chipping.

    You could honestly do a better job on yourself at home. Poor time management re appointments so all manicures are done in a rush, nails are cut poorly, little cuticle removal, blunt tools. The lady tried to drill off my shellac (?!) and then got annoyed at me for asking her to soak it off. Will never go back!
