  Seriously the rudest lady I have come across. Lynette please go get customer service skills because you actually ruined my day. First time there and wasn't sure were to go but you rolled your eyes and hit your forehead. Why?? Why be so rude. There are so many people needing work.

  The staff were nice. I have noticed in my recent visits staff are far more helpful than in the past. Makes for a better shopping experience. Seeing there is no other place to buy fabric etc.

  Very disappointing, sales assistant very rude , service slow and overcharged $20. Used to love this store, wont be back. Went into buy overlocker but after lack of service went to Sew Easy.
