  I feel obliged to write this review after seeing Dr Brennan, the ear and nose specialist for my son in July 2016. If I had read a review of a similar experience by someone else, I would not have gone to this clinic.

  We arrived on time to be asked by receptionist to wait in the waiting area behind the reception, which was cold and dark. I went to the bathroom during the waiting period, where I needed to go through the back of the clinic, seeing piles of unorganized file on a small table and a messy old kitchen, then turned to the toilet where the old wall paper is cracking off the wall. I have never ever been to a clinic that has such an appalling condition and atmosphere.

  Upon paying at reception, I was told the consultation of asking medical history and taking notes etc. by the doctor cost a sheer $200!! I was a little shocked. The receptionist said I should have been advised, but this did not happen when booking the appointment. We paid the bill and left. In fact, I had already made the decision during the consultation that I would not take my son to this clinic again, let alone the operation.

  That was not the worst. We were called to go into Dr Brennan’s room. He started reading the medical papers that was referred to him by my GP, and telling us what treatments my son has had before with other specialists, and making notes etc.

  If i could give zero rating i would. This man is terrible, irresponsible and heartless I question if he should even be practicing at all, I would never recommend him to anyone.

  The surgery is filthy, the staff are rude and uncaring and this reflects the level of treatment recieved.

  He then checked my son’s nose briefly. I looked very closely and found Dr Brennan’s hands were slightly shaking. I was quite worried thinking my son’s operation would be under such hands. He later suggested operation may be the option for my son and asked us to make appointment with his reception after thinking it over.

  Although MR Brennan was booked out, his receptionist made time for my daughter to be seen at the end of the day who was in extreme pain. I could not fault this doctor, he made my daughter feel so at ease and he was able to examine her AND fix her problem. I would recommend him to anyone and particularly to anyone with young children. Great doctor and wonderful staff, thank you so much for your care and help.
