  They did not notify me on this charge, no phone call or email. I contacted them, however they were more keen on cashing in these a few more dollars than listening to me on my explanation and evidence.

  Rent a Toyota Aurion from them and they handed me the car with 1/4 of fuel (doggy already, normally is full tank whereby a customer can just top it up before returning). I returned the car with a couple of litters short due to miscalculation. I took a picture on the fuel meter when I left the car and the picture clearly showed that the discrepancy is very small.
