  Really grumpy staff. Also you might book a cheap car but the extra insurance you need to be safe is very expensive so make sure you arrange your own insurance on websites like TRIPCOVER etc.

  Poor customer service, failed to adequately explain terms of hire so there were continually "surprise add on fees" previously unexplained despite my booking ahead. Truck in shabby condition with exposed wiring in tray and a leaky roof.

  Car price was great. And really flexible for extended stay. Only thing was when dropping the car back old mate at the rental place doesn't let customers use their bathroom....
