  We rented a camper van, everything prepared for us. Towels, blankets,soaps and sleeping bag. Very thoughtful! And staff is very kind and friendly.

  Very good experience renting with Hertz. Car was brand new, 2017 model driven just over 5000km. Easy Checkin and Checkout. Good communication and service.

  We hired a car with Hertz last year and the car itself was great and it didn't fail on us. The girl working at the service desk was ok, she seemed like she didn't want to be there and probably hated the job. And she kept reminding me that if anyone hits the car even if it wasn't our fault that we would have to pay thousands of dollars in damages which kind of puts a downer on the trip because you are thinking the whole time (If I crash this car or someone hits it then I'm going to be made bankrupt paying back money in damages).
