    Two of us had to take half a day off work to get it in there ...an hour after we left I get a call - come and get it we can't do any work as Jeep hadn't supplied the parts , NO IDEA when they would , NO IDEA how I could avoid the whole situation again , NO IDEA how long it might be , but there was now a THIRD recall needed but NO IDEA when Jeep might release those parts. No they didn't have ANYONE checking they had parts the day before the repair booking and YES it would probably mean several visits. again.

    Truly Awful service . Booked the car in for two recall faults - had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment - got 4 different texts listing different dates and times so I stuck to the original date.
