  My favourite tech has left but its been pretty good since, prices vary for no reason sometimes and the lady that answers the phone can be a bit abrupt. Overall its ok!

  I love Papillon - by far the best beauty saloon in Hobart.. Papillon are just wonderful. They always remember me and my preferences, the service is fantastic and they always pamper me. I have been having pedicures and facials with Papillon for years but I just got gel nails which I love. I now have hands I am proud of! and not hiding in my pockets. Thanks Papillon

  As far as I'm concerned, Papillon is the best beauty salon in Hobart. The staff are professional and friendly, and every time I go there I'm pleased with the results. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, and you don't get the feeling that they're rushing you out the door. They don't try to sell you unwanted beauty products either, which makes a welcome change from some of the other salons that I've visited. I would recommend Papillon to anyone!

  Absolutely TERRIBLE. There is nothing professional about their makeup artists. Not the products, not the skill set and certainly not the service. Avoid like the plague and I am sure anyone off the street can do better makeup than this. Just awful and paid $80 to look like a drag queen - not at all what i wanted or the photo i had used for illustration.

  I had bio-gel nails done at Papillon and was extremely disappointed. Not only did I fork out $90 for what is supposedly a better option to acrylics but one fell off the next day (after being told they last 3-4 weeks). They fixed it but when I asked them to look at the others they simply shrugged it off. Another THREE fell off the next day. I ended up having to go to another salon to replace them with acrylics and nearly a week on, the acrylics have outlasted all of the bio-gels. WORST MONEY SPENT- DO NOT bother going to this salon and forking out a ridiculous amount of money for something no better then acrylics.
