  Love this hotel. We paid for harbor view on 2 stays and well worth it. View is gorgeous. Rooms very nice. Would definitely stay there agajn.

  Work Xmas dinner... Its a lot nicer inside than outside... Great looking, nice and spacious... Good food and drinks, although beers are a little on the expensive side... Awesome views of the harbour... Had a great night

  Nice location on the Hobart waterfront. Nice hotel and conference centre. Crowded with several events at Christmas time but still enough staff to make everything run smoothly.

  First time at the Grand Chancellor in Hobart and our dining experience was extremely good. The range of food on the menu easily catered for our group of six and the food was great and well presented. Service was excellent and the restaurant was comfortable. However, beware of sitting next to the windows in winter as it did get cold for two of our group. The hotel's location near the waterfront offers some great views during daylight hours. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and happy to recommend it to others.

  It was a pleasant surprise indeed! To us, it felt like a 5 star hotel. Great view from the room. And we loved the buffet breakfast at the restaurant. Fresh yummy food.
